She got her start in the art world studying graphic arts in 1999 at the Cristóbal Rojas School of Visual Arts in Caracas, Venezuela. She specialized in graphic design. A photography enthusiast, she worked with infrared photography master J.J. Castro, while at the same time acquiring experience alongside graphic design master Santiago Pol.
In 2001, she checked out new horizons, and lived in New York for two years, where she began her first jobs as a web page designer and became acquainted with the cosmopolitan culture offered by the city of New York, which provided her with a wealth of knowledge in the art world.
