Good morning!
I have to let you know about that unusual spot serving eats. So one day I went to a new Alice's Restaurant, operating as a restaurant. The food was very good and the interior was exquisite. It was located at 5638 W Chicago Ave, 60651 Chicago, IL. I really loved it. Curiously, it was checked by authorities on 19th of April 2010. The type of inspection was license re-inspection, with a result: pass and risk level specified as risk 1 (high). The inspectors noted disturbing violations: 2. facilities to maintain proper temperature - comments: walk-in cooler in poor repair, not holding temp. 40'f and below premises not open for business at this time of inspection

violation now corrected | 11. adequate number, convenient, accessible, designed, and maintained - comments: adequate and convenient toilet facilities shall be provided. they should be properly designed, maintained, and accessible to employees at all times. must provide exposed hand bowl in kitchen prep area, centrally location for service food handling area also premises klub eksportera not open for business at this time of inspection

violation now corrected | 35. walls, ceilings, attached equipment constructed per code: good repair, surfaces clean and dust-less cleaning methods - comments: the walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. must seal all vents (holes) in wall in basement storage area
